The poster with the graphic base “Amore e psiche stanti” cut from the cover of ‘Death instinct and Knowledge’ (fourteenth edition 2017 L’Asino d’oro editions) wants to create a suggestion, a stimulus in addressing the theme of the use of memories, of recollection, of the way they present themselves and are treated indifferent ways, depending on whether they are oral or written sources, and I add,the creative dimension with which the “artist” recovers, recreating-transforming sensations, movement, facts, building the thought through images that characterizes him. All this I relate to what Massimo Fagioli writes in the first introduction of ‘Istinto di morte e conoscenza’ about the method, about how he faced the problem of the telling dreams and the therapeutic relationship in the various cases reported in the book.
